The Mentor Engagement Program aims to:
Provide consistent adult mentorship (minimum 6 month engagement).
Increase participant accountability within the 5P framework.
Improve measurable personal development outcomes.
Ensure structured documentation for safety and grant compliance.
Foster healthy relational leadership.

Monthly in-person engagement
