Young people future leaders program

Welcome to young people future leaders.
This is a space created with you and for you — a place to grow, reflect, and prepare for what’s next in your life.

Here’s what you can expect from this journey.

What You'll Learn

YPFL is a 6-month leadership and life-development experience built around:

  • Self-discovery

  • Healing and self-awareness

  • Skill building

  • Mentorship

  • Community connection

  • Preparation for your future

You don’t need to have everything figured out to be here.

You do need to be willing to show up and try.

each week may include

  • Check-ins (mental, emotional, and practical)

  • Group conversations and guided dialogue

  • Meals and shared time

  • Goal setting or planning activities

  • Guest mentors, speakers, or trips

  • Reflection and self-assessment

Some weeks will feel lighter. Some weeks may feel challenging. Both are part of growth.

  • Supporting your goals without forcing a path on you
